You know you are pushing too hard when…

You get up in the morning and decide to wear the same clothes you wore yesterday because you don’t have the time to find something else.

You forget your phone and leave it at home.

You can’t remember that your spouses birthday is this Friday.

You can’t remember your passwords – any of them.

You walk from one room to another and can’t remember what you wanted to do.

You can’t find your eye glasses, then you find them on your head after you have looked for them for 30 minutes.

You skip your exercise routine because you are so tired you can’t get out of bed.

You forget to eat breakfast.

You get through half the day before you realize that your shirt is on inside out.

A kitchen sink full of dirty dishes doesn’t bother you at all.

You forget to follow up on an important email… one that could affect your income.

You forget to feed the dog… for a couple of days..

You wake up at 1:30 in the morning panicked because you forgot to pay the electric bill.

You are craving chocolate ice cream… and eat most of a 1/2 gallon.

You make coffee and forget to put water in the well.

As you probably have guessed, I’m speaking from experience. Yesterday I got busy and forgot to send out this Newsletter. Sometimes I just feel like a bucket of water, full of holes and all of the water is leaking out.
